Why “trail”
A trail is a sequenced path with waypoints, not a wilderness of conflicting advice. Our consulting work turns vague productivity complaints into ordered experiments: measure the wait states, change one ritual, watch the metrics, then decide what sticks.
How we work
Engagements stay close to the people who write and review code. We interview across roles, inspect pipelines and calendars, and co-design changes with the leads who must live with them. Workshops are facilitation-heavy; coaching sprints keep momentum after the initial diagnosis.
United Kingdom focus
We work with product companies, agencies, and internal platforms across the UK. Remote collaboration is normal; on-site facilitation is available when a team benefits from shared whiteboard time.
Tooling stance
We may mention a desktop analytical utility for local record-keeping of personal delivery signals. That utility is informational software only. It does not custody funds, access private keys, or offer investment advice. Availability is linked through Veve.
