Consulting engagements

Refunds or credits for paid consulting work, if any, are defined in the written agreement for that engagement. Typical patterns include:

• Deposits may be non-refundable once discovery work has started, unless the agreement says otherwise.
• If we cancel a booked workshop for reasons within our control, prepaid workshop fees for that session are refunded or rescheduled at your option.
• Quality concerns should be raised promptly so we can remedy deliverables within the agreed scope.

The desktop analytical utility referenced on this site is obtained via Veve or other external channels. Refunds for that software follow the store or provider terms, not this website.
